Our mission is to create a platform where undiscovered talent can shine, be appreciated, and grow. We're committed to building connections and lasting relationships among our members and with external partners, placing personal development at the heart of our journey. Our purpose revolves around supporting the arts, emphasizing loyalty and dedication to a shared goal – mutual support.

We initially fund our events, seek investors, and collaborate with sponsors and philanthropists. fourquarters operates as a non-profit organization, reinvesting all profits into future events and expanding our offerings for our artists. Our future plans include content creation and marketing support at our events, as well as multi-day festivals with diverse arts workshops.

We welcome curious and culturally-minded individuals who appreciate open-mindedness, acceptance, and a positive atmosphere. Artists from various disciplines, even those outside traditional definitions of art, are invited to join as long as their values align with ours. Our focus is on mental health, individuality, emotional expression, and non-violent communication.

We actively seek talent online and in person, and we encourage artists and potential collaborators to reach out to us. Our network expands with every new member who shares our values and mission. Supporting emerging artists in Berlin and experiencing live performances are excellent reasons to attend our events. You can also meet up-and-coming visual artists and enjoy professionally crafted drinks while mingling with Berlin's cultural scene. Our hosts are always available for in-person introductions to make everyone feel welcome.

Our focus is on fostering connections through collaboration. We actively involve artists in projects funded by fourquarters, encouraging inspiration and connections within our community. Our community is built on invitations and recommendations. We engage the community in event planning and design, encouraging members to contribute their ideas.
